These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Maison Curio website, online store, and related services (the “Service”). Maison Curio (“Maison Curio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the Service through Shopify.
By visiting our website, using the Service, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. These Terms apply to all visitors and users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, do not use the website or Service. New features, tools, and services added to the store are also subject to these Terms. 1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given permission for any minor dependants to use this site.

Website information is provided for general information and may not always be complete, current, or error-free. Product colours may appear differently depending on your device and display. We may update or correct website content at any time, but we are not required to do so.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and Service features may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We are not liable for losses arising solely from such changes, to the extent permitted by law.
5. PRODUCTS, ORDERS, AND RETURNS
Our products are small-batch glass and crystal pieces. Quantities may be limited, and product descriptions, dimensions, colours, images, and prices may change.
Orders and returns are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If an item arrives damaged or defective, follow the returns process described in those policies. Items sent back without following that process may not be eligible for a refund.
We may limit or refuse orders, including where an order appears to be placed for resale, contains inaccurate information, or cannot be fulfilled. Any offer is void where prohibited by law.
6. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, payment, and order information. You must update information when necessary so that we can process orders and contact you about them.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you using the information supplied with the order.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Maison Curio harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of another person’s rights.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
