How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over €400. Orders below that threshold show the available delivery cost at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 3–4 working days. Delivery time depends on your country. You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Can I return my piece?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the piece being returned safely and in its original condition. The statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right also applies where required.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours and send a few clear photos of the parcel and the piece. We will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution at no extra cost.
How should I return an item?
Contact us first so we can give you the return instructions. Please keep the original packaging until you are happy with your piece, as it is designed to protect hand-blown glass in transit.
